Nextzyy: The Ground Rules

Welcome to Nextzyy! By hanging out on our site or snagging our products, you’re agreeing to these terms. We’ve kept it short, but it’s all legally binding.

1. The Basics

  • Nextzyy is an independent store powered by Shopify.

  • By shopping here, you confirm you are of legal age in your territory.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time (though we’re usually pretty friendly).

2. Our Products & Prices

  • The Look: We try to make product photos perfect, but your screen settings might change the colors slightly.

  • The Price: Prices change. We don't owe notice before a price drop or increase, but the price you see at checkout is what you'll pay.

  • Stock: We can limit or cancel quantities per person or per household if we suspect the order is for resale rather than personal use.

3. Shipping & Your Responsibility

  • Once we hand your package to the carrier, the "risk of loss" passes to you.

  • We aren't wizards—we can't control carrier delays or customs, but we will always provide tracking so you can follow the journey.

4. What You Can’t Do

You agree not to use our site to:

  • Spread viruses or malicious code.

  • Scrape our data using AI or "Agents" without our written okay.

  • Harass our team or infringe on our intellectual property (logos, designs, photos).

5. The "Fine Print" Made Simple

  • Liability: We provide our services "as is." We aren't responsible if your internet cuts out or if a product doesn't meet a specific personal expectation.

  • Changes: We update these terms whenever we need to. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updates.
